Summary  Responsible for coordinating materials, equipment, and field cost tracking activities to support construction projects. Ensures accurate inventory management, material delivery, labor/equipment reporting, cost coding, and documentation while supporting project controls, forecasting, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, storage, and inventory control.

Maintain material tracking systems and inventory records.

Validate daily labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor tickets (LEMS).

Ensure alignment with WBS, cost codes, contracts, and project controls standards.

Verify contract rates, markups, T&M documentation, and change work.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to materials, costs, and field reporting.

Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and document control requirements.

Support cost reporting, earned value tracking, forecasting, accruals, and month-end activities.

Produce reports on labor hours, equipment utilization, material consumption, and subcontractor performance.

Collaborate with project teams, procurement, accounting, and contractors to support project execution.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience in material coordination, project controls, cost control, field administration, or construction support.

Experience with LEMS, ERP systems, inventory management, and subcontract administration.

Strong Excel skills;
Power BI experience is an asset.

Knowledge of WBS/CBS structures, cost coding, earned value, and contract administration.

Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in fast-paced construction and industrial environments.
