This position is for a seasoned Procurement Manager with extensive knowledge of public sector procurement and competitive sourcing. You will lead high-value procurement activities, handle complex RFPs, and manage open bidding processes. Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders is essential for success in this role, along with upholding compliance and team standards across procurement and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage high-value procurement activities and RFPs
• Draft and oversee open competitive bidding processes
• Negotiate contractual terms, including MSAs and SOWs
• Conduct quality reviews of team deliverables
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders for aligned procurement strategy

• Proven ability in contract drafting and documentation
• Experience in technology and professional services
