Western Dispatch is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator in a hybrid role that blends office work with hands-on warehouse activity. A strong WMS background (Ship Hero/Extensiv/Helm) is highly valued to drive accurate inventory and smooth freight coordination.
You will schedule inbound/outbound trailers, coordinate with carriers, manage inventory via WMS, and support cross-docking and packing operations while advancing safety and process improvements.
