Vendor Managed Inventory Field Partsperson

Optimize parts management as a Field Parts person for Finning Canada in Edmonton, AB. Ensure seamless support for equipment repairs through effective inventory logistics and customer service.

In this permanent, unionized role, you'll work closely with customers to manage parts requirements and deliveries. This position includes hands-on inventory management and communication with customers about order updates. You will also complete safety assessments and partake in ongoing training and development sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site parts inventory accurately

• Ensure timely parts delivery and order updates

• Participate in team meetings and development initiatives

• Attend to parts-related projects and support tasks

• Source and manage non-Caterpillar parts as needed

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Parts Technician Certification preferred

• Experience in parts sales and customer support necessary

• Strong computer skills across multiple platforms

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required

• Able to meet safety and site access requirements
