As a vital team member, you will support API's mission by managing the procurement process from order creation to supplier communication. The role demands maintaining accurate documentation and upholding GMP standards while engaging actively with various teams. Your contributions will assist in the clinical advancement of life sciences innovations in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee purchase orders for various needs
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and confirm deliveries
• Maintain and track orders for on-time production
• Keep GMP-compliant procurement documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in sourcing
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Background in pharmaceutical or construction advantageous
• Competency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA beneficial
• Effective communication skills with strong attention to details
