Join Finning Canada as a full-time Procurement Data Specialist in Edmonton or Calgary, where you'll enhance the procurement data landscape. Optimize systems and ensure data integrity in this pivotal role.
As part of the Finning Canada team, you'll report to the Procurement Performance Manager and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your role involves managing procurement data, implementing process improvements, and providing mentorship to Procurement Data Coordinators. Your analytical skills will shape procurement decisions and drive system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize procurement data systems and integrity
• Collaborate on improvements and facilitate data analysis
• Contribute to ERP enhancements and cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for insights
• Mentor and guide team members in data processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Chain
• 2+ years experience in Data Management or Supply Chain
• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with workflow automation software
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus
