As a Reverse Logistics Analyst, you will engage in daily operations for parts returns over a fixed term of 6 to 12 months. Key tasks include researching tracking errors, processing claims for CAT, and coordinating returns logistics. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining supplier relations and ensuring timeliness in shipping and customs documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research core tracking errors and resolve issues
• Provide status reports on return-related tasks
• Support claims through Service Now ticketing
• Coordinate Bi-Annual CAT Surplus Returns
• Execute shipping documentation for expanded mining returns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or related field
• 1-2 years of supply chain or warehousing experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Capability to conduct training sessions on procedures
