Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation operations including scheduling and tracking

• Monitor and resolve service issues with carriers

• Work alongside customer service and supply chain teams

• Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for performance analysis

• Assess and implement cost-effective transportation strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Familiarity with freight documentation and compliance
