As a Project Procurement and Subcontracts Manager, you will oversee all procurement phases from planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives and risk management. With over 15 years in EPC environments, you will manage sourcing, bidding, and contracts while focusing on cost reduction and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project procurement and subcontract activities from planning to closeout

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and client needs

• Oversee supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration

• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality performance, taking corrective actions

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 15+ years of procurement and subcontract management experience

• Strong knowledge of contract administration and risk management

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with Canadian contracting practices preferred
