Take charge of purchasing with Lowe Buys as a Senior Buyer in Edmonton, AB. This role focuses on managing a large product portfolio and implementing pricing strategies within a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Buyer will have full autonomy over approximately 1,300 product listings, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met. Your responsibilities include independently authorizing purchases and analyzing sales data to identify new product opportunities. Strong negotiation skills will be essential as you cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors while navigating cross-border shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Authorize and place purchase orders independently

• Analyze sales data and monitor inventory levels
• Prepare cross-border shipping documentation for the U.S.
Requirements:
• Two years of purchasing experience for resale

• Experience with pricing negotiation strategies
• Familiarity with cross-border shipping processes
