In this full-time position, you will respond to customer needs, prepare accurate quotes, and process orders efficiently. You will also manage inventory, assist with shipping, and support the Service Department.
Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate stock levels and fostering relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
• Prepare detailed quotes and process parts orders
• Manage receiving and organized storage of parts
• Document shipping, receiving, and inventory information
• Locate and ship parts to customers as requested
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in the parts industry preferred
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset
