Worley is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time role requires extensive experience in supply chain management, focusing on subcontract sourcing and administration.
Join the Subcontract team under the Principal Procurement Contract Specialist's guidance. You'll develop subcontract strategies, evaluate proposals, and manage all related activities for project success. Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and optimize performance based on robust standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop subcontract sourcing strategies with project teams
• Execute subcontract activities ensuring project success
• Manage RFP processes, evaluations, and awards
• Coordinate subcontractor mobilization and administration
• Maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
Requirements:
• 5+ years in supply chain and contracts administration
• Site/Field based construction experience preferred
• SCMP accreditation preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
