Equipment and Inventory Coordinator

Manage equipment systems and inventory controls for BakosNDT in Edmonton, supporting industrial non-destructive testing operations full time. Accuracy matters.

As Equipment Coordinator, you will support BakosNDT operations while maintaining equipment, tools, PPE, and consumables. Your work includes asset tracking, purchasing, storage, transfers, maintenance monitoring, and inventory control. You will also support field personnel, operations, and management through organized equipment processes.

• Implement equipment management processes, policies, and procedures
• Maintain accurate asset records and coordinate equipment transfers
• Track maintenance, repairs, tools, PPE, and consumables
• Organize tool cribs, inventories, purchasing, and distribution
• Train personnel on equipment systems, inspections, and policies

• Secondary school diploma and five years industry-related experience
• Experience in equipment, inventory, or warehouse management
• Understanding of procurement, fleet maintenance, shipping, and tool cribs
• Experience using asset or inventory management software
• Local residence in Edmonton, Alberta
