Procurement Supply Chain Coordinator

Procurement and inventory coordination support Armtec manufacturing operations across Canada, using supplier management and analytical planning to keep materials available.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this coordinator manages daily purchasing and inventory activities for manufacturing and customer orders. The work includes purchase orders, replenishment, forecasting, supplier communication, and continuous improvement. Success requires organization, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Source materials, components, equipment, services, and finished goods
• Create, reconcile, and expedite purchase orders
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment activities
• Track shipments, transfers, forecasts, and inventory planning
• Identify supply chain risks and process improvements

• Post-secondary education in supply chain, procurement, business, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and production planning
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
