Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate driver, truck, and freight scheduling between locations
- Scale loads and identify products before invoicing
- Communicate professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers
- Prepare quotes, invoices, payroll, and daily files
- Required experience dispatching in an operational environment
- Aggregate experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
