Sturgeon Public Schools is seeking one (1)
Full-Time Temporary Summer Maintenance Worker to support the Facilities Services team during the summer term. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Services, this position assists with maintenance and groundskeeping projects across the Division.

• Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties
• Complete painting and general maintenance tasks
• Assist trades staff with assigned projects
• Move furniture and materials as required
• Maintain shop areas and worksites
• Operate groundskeeping equipment
• Support other maintenance-related duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Related maintenance or labour experience
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check

• Riding lawn mower
• Push mower
• Backpack blower
• Weed whipper
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Physical capability to work in various conditions, including dust and noise

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
