A leading management company in building maintenance seeks independent contractors for janitorial services in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates must possess a valid business license, active worker’s compensation insurance, and general liability insurance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and cannot be sole proprietors. This is a contract position and does not include benefits, allowing contractors to focus on service delivery without sales pressures.
