Position: Temporary Maintenance Worker North Central Co-op
Location: Stony Plain

Become a Temporary Maintenance Worker at North Central Co-op, focusing on building repairs and grounds maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This full-time role involves a range of responsibilities.

You will play a key role in maintaining North Central Co-op locations, performing repairs and conducting inspections to keep our facilities safe and functional. From seasonal sidewalk maintenance to technical repairs guided by the Facilities Manager, you’ll help uphold high standards of safety and service. Additionally, your role will support landscaping and snow removal efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety and fire codes

• Monitor and execute maintenance schedules

• Conduct inspections and repairs as required

• Assist with snow removal and landscaping

• Support logistics for maintenance departments

Requirements:

• Technical training or relevant experience is preferred

• Previous facilities maintenance experience

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Capacity to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s abstract required
