As a key player in the maintenance team, you will undertake essential repairs, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to the operational success of the facility. Working closely with the Senior Facilities Technician, you will manage preventative maintenance tasks while keeping an eye on the building's overall condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Support the implementation of preventative maintenance

• Promote safety and health compliance throughout

• Record and document maintenance tasks promptly

• Maintain open communication with the team

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of facilities or maintenance experience

• Knowledge of construction and building systems

• Dependable and meticulous in work approach

• Certifications in trades preferred

• Valid driver’s licence and first aid certification are essential
