We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team in Edmonton, focused on delivering quality repairs and solutions for mobility equipment. By leveraging your experience with tools and your passion for helping others, you will address and resolve equipment challenges daily. This role also requires travel to clients' homes and community spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose functional issues and repair mobility devices
• Ensure clients receive empathetic support and quality service
• Manage travel to different service locations effectively
• Utilize diagnostic tools accurately to assess problems
• Support healthcare providers in delivering client-centric services
Requirements:
• Proven experience in equipment assembly or repair
• Valid G-class license with an exemplary driving record
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and handle equipment safely
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Successful criminal background check required
