Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role involves collaborating closely with the Community Manager to complete work orders and maintain communal areas efficiently. You'll handle various tasks, including general maintenance duties like snow removal, yard upkeep, and necessary repairs. Your organization and communication skills will play a crucial role in fostering community satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders from Community Manager efficiently

• Manage contractor relations and request quotes

• Perform general maintenance including mowing and light repairs

• Sweep pathways and conduct minor road repairs

• Report issues promptly to managers

Requirements:

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience

• Qualifications in mechanical trades highly desired

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract

• Ability to respond to on-call duties
