Night Shift Custodian at Leclerc

Join Leclerc as a Night Shift Custodian, where you'll ensure a pristine environment with a strong focus on health and safety. This role involves hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties within our facility.

As a part of the sanitation team, you will work under the direction of the Sanitation Manager to maintain the cleanliness of the plant. Your responsibilities will include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and performing routine inspections of restrooms and common areas to ensure they are sanitary and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors and all building areas

• Sanitize restrooms and cafeterias regularly

• Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and floor buffers

• Perform laundry duties related to uniforms

• Monitor and organize assigned cleanliness areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in an industrial cleaning environment

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong physical endurance for long shifts

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
