What You'll Do   Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors.
Complete assigned units efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For   Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Reliable transportation.
Previous painting experience is an asset (but not required—the company trains).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
