Bill poster / OOH Installer Key Responsibilities
- Posting outdoor advertising copy as scheduled, climbing up to heights of 50’ to 70’
- Providing operational support as directed
- Prepping poster/vinyl signs
- Prepping cut‑outs or building 4’ X 10’ wooden sections
- Working outdoors in inclement weather
- Operating a lawn mower; carrying a ladder at waist level, shoveling snow
- Installation and maintenance of sign structures
- Installation and maintenance of transit shelters
- Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed
- Other duties as required
- Grade 12
- A proactive self‑starter with a team attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work at heights
- Moderate to heavy lifting up to 75 lbs
- Organized and dependable individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Must have a positive attendance record
- Must have (green patch) safety boots
- Valid driver’s license
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Knowledge of English
Schedule, Monday to Friday7am to 3:30pm

Total earning range: $55,000 – $75,000. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed‑upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity.
The salary range above includes an annual incentive plan objective which represents 4% of your base salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; the annual achievement incentive plan (AIP) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements.
The AIP is subject to modification by the company from time to time, at its sole discretion.
