Temporary Janitor

Position: Temporary Janitor Role
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking an On-Site Janitor in Edmonton for a temporary position. Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment as part of our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will perform all necessary housekeeping tasks within the warehouse, manage recyclables, and support other maintenance activities. You will work under varied conditions, including sub-zero temperatures, while collaborating with the Maintenance team to ensure a safe work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and scrub floors throughout the facility

• Assist with yard work and snow removal duties

• Stock and clean washroom facilities

• Ensure organization by cleaning warehouse racking

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school education (or equivalent)

• At least 6 months of relevant experience

• Capability to work in freezer conditions

• Adherence to security programs

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
