Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building assets through effective repair strategies

• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections

• Troubleshoot and resolve system outages swiftly

• Coordinate with external contractors for various tasks

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Community College Certificate or equivalent maintenance certification

• Minimum three years’ experience in system operations

• Sound knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics
