Position: Supervisory Role in Cleaning Services
Become a Cleaning Supervisor in Edmonton, Alberta, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and safety standards. Guide a small team of cleaners in a full-time, permanent position at our facility.

This role involves supervising 3 to 4 cleaning crew members while inspecting facilities to promote high safety and cleanliness. You will need to establish schedules and coordinate efforts with other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong reliability, flexibility, and the ability to make sound judgments in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise daily cleaning operations

• Conduct thorough site inspections for compliance

• Propose additional maintenance or services

• Coordinate schedules and work efforts with colleagues

• Ensure safety standards are met across the board

Requirements:

• Completion of high school graduation

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience

• Display reliability and flexibility in operations

• Capable of physically demanding work tasks

• On-site work only, no remote options
