Join Tidewater Midstream as a Maintenance Lead in Brazeau River Complex, Alberta. Leverage your engineering skills to oversee maintenance and optimize operations in a multifaceted environment.
As a full-time Maintenance Lead, you will coordinate trade activities and ensure timely completion of preventative and corrective maintenance on critical rotating equipment. This role involves a mix of office and fieldwork, requiring strong leadership, planning, and technical proficiency in maintenance operations across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Mechanical and E/I trades on resource optimization
• Plan and prioritize maintenance work schedules effectively
• Ensure execution of preventative and corrective maintenance
• Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo)
• Communicate findings and reports to management
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or Journeyman certification preferred
• 10+ years of supervisory maintenance experience
• Proficient in CMMS management and maintenance analytics
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
