In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure seamless daily operations for industrial facilities. Your responsibilities will include hands-on oversight of maintenance teams, budget management, and vendor coordination, providing top-notch service to clients. You’ll blend strategic planning with tactical execution to uphold high performance and safety standards in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support capital and expense budget management
• Manage daily work orders and prioritize tasks
• Conduct quarterly site inspections and initiate work orders
• Collaborate with vendors on project scopes and performance
• Oversee technicians and preventive maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
• 5-7 years of facilities management experience
• Proven budget management and financial acumen
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Strong vendor management and communication skills
Drive results in facility operations and enhance safety and compliance standards at JLL in Edmonton.
