Contribute to the success of Thermon as a Warehouse Worker, focusing on shipping and receiving processes. This essential role aims to deliver exceptional customer service while executing order processing.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will work as a liaison between Order Management and final customers, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are key as you manage shipping documentation and respond to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison for order and shipping communications
• Follow necessary documentation for transaction accuracy
• Prepare necessary shipping documents like invoices
• Provide assistance for freight quotes and shipping guidance
• Maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
Requirements:
• Over 2 years' experience in order processing is essential
• Forklift operation experience is beneficial
• Clean driving abstract is a plus
• Possession of a Class 5 Alberta Driving License
• Detailed knowledge of shipping documentation and terminology
