As a Maintenance Planner, you will develop maintenance strategies and job plans while coordinating resources effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate unplanned breakdowns and ensure a smooth workflow. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining Champion Petfoods’ high standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop maintenance job plans for various maintenance activities
• Create scheduling horizons for short to long-term projects
• Recommend scope and maintenance strategy for key tasks
• Manage technical files and asset history for job plans
• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality analysis
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Excellent planning and prioritization abilities
• Possession of a journeyperson ticket or technical diploma
