Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association Ltd. seeks sealed tenders for janitorial services covering multiple areas for a three-year contract. Ensure comprehensive cleaning from Monday to Friday with necessary supplies provided.
This contract includes cleaning administration offices, boardrooms, washrooms, and locker rooms. The contractor is responsible for all labor, cleaning equipment, and cleaning supplies, excluding paper products provided by Wetaskiwin Co-op. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide janitorial services five days a week
• Manage cleaning of boardrooms, offices, and washrooms
• Ensure cleanliness in locker rooms and daily areas
• Supply all cleaning equipment except specific paper products
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
Requirements:
• Proof of commercial general liability insurance
• References from previous commercial clients
• Completion of required security screening
