WQS Industrial is recruiting an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor to drive excellence in Edmonton's challenging projects. This long-term position requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety. Work 10-hour shifts in a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, supporting a dynamic team culture focused on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rope access teams ensuring compliance and safety

• Implement safety regulations and conduct audits regularly

• Communicate effectively with crew and management

• Manage safety training for new team members

• Coordinate tasks with other trades on-site

Requirements:

• Must hold IRATA Level 3 Certification

• Fit for Duty compliance with drug testing

• Valid driver’s license and past 3-year driving record

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Common Safety Orientation and Confined Space Certification a plus
