We are seeking a dedicated technician to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot building systems at Habitat for Humanity Edmonton. This part-time role, requiring up to 24 hours per week, involves hands-on problem-solving and repairs throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative approach and a passion for keeping operations efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems

• Coordinate specialized repairs with contractors and vendors

• Assist with renovations and equipment installations

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance experience

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
