• Manage and complete repair work orders effectively

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of properties

• Engage with residents to address concerns proactively

• Conduct building inventories and supply management

• Provide emergency response during after-hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience

• Proficient in written and oral communication

• Strong problem-solving and detailing skills

• Capable of performing light repairs

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
