Maintenance Excellence Manager

Elevate IPEX's operations as a Maintenance Excellence Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. Lead initiatives to enhance safety and reliability across multiple manufacturing sites with a focus on best practices and continuous improvement.

In this vital role, you'll champion the implementation of IPEX's Maintenance Excellence program and collaborate with plant leaders and maintenance teams. Your expertise in Predictive Maintenance and technical capability development will foster a culture committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a people-first culture focused on safety

• Champion maintenance best practices through assessments

• Lead improvement projects for plant-specific needs

• Research advanced methods for continuous improvement

• Train partners in continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements:

• Technical certification (trades, PMP, MMP)

• 3+ years in a Maintenance role within manufacturing

• Experience with RCM, PdM, CMMS methodologies

• Strong relationship building and influencing skills

• Willingness to travel up to 40%
