Housekeeper – Supporting Seniors in Morinville

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Housekeeper to help seniors continue living safely and independently in their own homes throughout Morinville and Sturgeon County. If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

• Part-time: 3–10 hours per week
• Wage: $17–$18 per hour
• Flexible daytime scheduling
• Local travel within Morinville and Sturgeon County

As a Housekeeper, you'll provide essential household support that helps seniors remain comfortable and independent.

Duties include:

• General housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces)
• Kitchen cleaning, including countertops, appliances, sinks, and light dishwashing
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and linens)
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Light organizing and decluttering
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Experienced in residential, commercial, or in-home cleaning (required)
• Friendly, compassionate, and respectful when working with seniors
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• A resident of Morinville or Sturgeon County
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and submitting photos or documents
• Familiar with Google Drive, or willing to learn

Applicants must have:

• Previous cleaning experience
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• A reliable vehicle
• A current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification

Experience supporting seniors is considered a strong asset. Volunteer experience is welcome.
