Key Responsibilities:

• Clean building entrances, elevators, and common areas

• Perform touch-ups on vacant suites

• Manage interior and exterior garbage pick-up

• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting

• Ensure equipment is maintained and inventory is accurate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Strong verbal and written English skills
