Custodial Lead Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and supervise custodial team operations

• Onboard new staff with effective training protocols

• Maintain accurate records and manage stock replenishment

• Conduct safety meetings and discuss safety incidents

• Revise crew schedules in response to staffing needs

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and Building Service Worker certification

• At least five years of custodial work experience

• Strong customer service orientation and leadership ability

• Knowledge of safety best practices

• Physical capability for custodial tasks and equipment use
