Housing Supervisor Role with M’Chigeeng First Nation

As the Housing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be central in developing and implementing maintenance strategies that align with the M’Chigeeng Housing Policy. This fulfilling full-time position will involve overseeing staff, coordinating schedules for maintenance work, and ensuring all properties are up to standard. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in enhancing community housing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage annual work plans and budgets

• Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel daily

• Conduct regular inspections to plan maintenance work

• Maintain accurate records of service requests

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for efficiency

Requirements:

• At least five years of supervisory experience

• Grade 12 or its equivalent

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License - Class G

• Certification in WHIMIS, First Aid, and CPR

• Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance
