Join the team at West Edmonton Mall as an Outside Maintenance Labourer. This full-time role focuses on keeping the parking lots and sidewalks well-maintained and clean.

As the Outside Maintenance Labourer, you will ensure that the exterior areas of West Edmonton Mall remain spotless. Core responsibilities include garbage removal, snow shoveling, and operating small equipment to keep walkways clear. You'll engage in activities that promote cleanliness and safety across the property, maintaining a pleasant environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily garbage pickup and parking lot maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of garbage cans and ashtrays

• Shovel snow and clean walkways during winter

• Operate equipment like blowers and power brooms

• Replace door decals and walk-off matting as needed

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in outdoor labor preferred

• Ability to work in varied weather conditions
