Position: Housekeeping Role at Aspen House

Aspen House is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the Optima Living team.

Your role is vital in creating a clean, safe, and engaging environment for residents within a senior living community.

You will report to the Support Services Manager and be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness. This includes a variety of cleaning tasks, monitoring supplies, and participating in team discussions on quality improvement. Through your commitment, you will help residents enjoy their living space while promoting a sense of dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine cleaning of resident areas

• Maintain high sanitation standards in bathrooms

• Tidy common areas and resident bedrooms

• Act on cleaning emergencies and requests

• Ensure accurate work records are maintained

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or care environments is an asset

• Knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques required

• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interaction

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Clear Police Information Check required
