We are a growing cleaning company committed to paying, training, and treating our cleaners properly.

Residential cleaning duties include:

• Deliver a “wow” experience during each visit.
• Follow the Crispy Cleans checklist to avoid stress and complaints.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces – solo or with a partner.
• Take before-and-after photos to protect yourself and demonstrate quality.
• Represent Crispy Cleans professionally with friendly, respectful, and reliable conduct.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have prior cleaning experience, either professional or personal.
• Show reliability: arrive on time, communicate promptly, and fulfill commitments.
• Are thorough and do not cut corners.
• Have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and internet access.
• Are legally able to work in Canada and willing to pass a background check.
• Preferably reside in Edmonton, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, or nearby areas.

• Earn $25–$35 per hour based on performance and experience.
• Full training provided on the first day.
• Flexible contract: choose days and availability.
• Clients usually supply cleaning products.
• Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of each month.
• Consistent bookings managed through our app for schedule transparency.
• Supportive and communicative team.
• Opportunity for growth as we expand across BC and Alberta.
