Position: Custodian Role for Safe Environments
Take charge of maintaining cleanliness and safety as a Custodian in our facilities. Your primary duties involve deep cleaning and sanitizing areas to support a healthy space for all.

In this Custodian role, you will ensure that all assigned spaces are clean and orderly. Responsibilities include heavy cleaning tasks like mopping, shampooing, and washing walls and windows. Working independently and understanding infection control practices will be crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispose of refuse according to safety standards

• Dust and mop floors regularly as assigned

• Move furniture for effective cleaning procedures

• Sanitize all assigned areas with proper tools

• Wash windows, walls, and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

• Housekeeping or custodial experience advantageous

• WHMIS and BSW Certifications a plus

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions

• Physically capable of completing all job functions
