Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Maintenance Associate Team

• Execute minor renovations like painting and drywall work

• Remove garbage and perform snow and lawn maintenance

• Distribute notices and assist property managers

• Conduct regular inspections and respond to maintenance issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of general labor experience

• Strong skills in communication and technology use

• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and work irregular hours

• Valid driver’s license required with a clean record

• Successful completion of a criminal record check
