Maintenance Labourer Position

As an Outside Maintenance Labourer, your job will be to keep the outdoor areas of the mall in good condition. You’ll perform tasks like removing litter, snow clearance, and caring for landscaping elements. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform garbage collection and maintenance in parking lots

• Change and wash garbage cans and planters as necessary

• Clear snow and debris from walkways

• Maintain cleanliness of door decals and walk-off mats

Requirements:

• Able to handle 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods

• Class 5 Driver's License required

• Strong interpersonal skills needed

• Previous experience in outdoor labor is beneficial

• Must adapt to various heights and weather conditions
