In this essential role, you will be responsible for the daily operations at Central Production North. You will perform skilled maintenance on hospital equipment, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and ensure operational efficiency. This position includes rotating shifts and on-call duties, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled maintenance on hospital equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, medical air, and vacuum systems

• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations in all tasks

• Coordinate and assign work to fellow maintenance staff

• Conduct preventative maintenance procedures as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory

• High School education or equivalent required

• 1–3 years related experience in building services

• ABSA Certification for boiler support

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
