In this role, you'll guide operators in the implementation of autonomous maintenance at All Weather's Edmonton Plant
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and enforce maintenance protocols while ensuring that employees are equipped with essential skills and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of equipment-specific maintenance programs
• Provide comprehensive training on essential maintenance tasks
• Investigate root causes of equipment failures
• Maintain clear communication and reporting on performance
• Collaborate to enhance safety and accessibility in processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Familiarity with autonomous maintenance systems
• Ability to influence and train diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
