In this critical role, you will engage closely with plant managers and teams to foster best practices and develop sustainable maintenance systems. Champion change leadership initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance overall equipment reliability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a safety-driven culture in maintenance teams
• Champion best practices at various manufacturing locations
• Conduct regular site assessments for sustained improvements
• Source external partners for technical and training support
• Lead Job Hazard and Technical Need Assessments
Requirements:
• Technical certification (e.g., trades license, PMP)
• Minimum of 3 years in a Maintenance position
• Proven experience in RCM, PdM, CMMS best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for role needs
