As part of our building operations team, you will manage maintenance and repair duties, focusing on efficiency and sustainability. You will perform various tasks such as scheduled maintenance, hazardous material management, and direct interactions with tenants, making an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on facilities
• Communicate effectively with tenants and resolve issues
• Manage hazardous materials safely within the premises
• Assist with plumbing, lighting, and roof maintenance
• Carry out cleaning duties, including snow removal and pressure washing
Requirements:
• Communication skills that support positive interactions
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Commercial building operations experience preferred
• Mandatory criminal verification check for employment
